How can I book your rental service with driver?
Booking our services is very simple:
1. by contacting us through a WhatsApp message by clicking on the icon that appears below

When can I consider my booking confirmed?
The reservation can be confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email for online reservations and after the verbal confirmation for telephone reservations. In addition, the day before departure or arrival you will receive an SMS in which the name of the driver and a phone number is indicated.
How do I know your driver?
Where will I meet your driver?
In our reply emails a mobile phone number and the name of the driver assigned so you can contact him on the day of the meeting. What do I do if the driver’s name is not the one indicated to me in your confirmation email?

If you want to dispel any doubt you can ask for confirmation by calling the number of the driver present in the email or the person with whom you had contact at the time of booking.
What is the maximum capacity of people you can carry?

We are a group and we would like to rent buses from 50 places can you help us?
Of course. We have excellent business agreements with the best car rental companies that meet our quality standards. All our suppliers receive operational provisions for making transfers in the manner we have carried out.
How much luggage can I carry?
There is no maximum number of luggage to carry. Our vehicle has a very large trunk but it is better to specify if there are large bags so that the driver can organize accordingly.
Is there a maximum baggage allowance?
There is no maximum luggage limit to carry and you do not pay any surcharges unless you need to use a second car. In that case, payments will be agreed. However, we would like to point out that our company does not carry goods and therefore, together with luggage, at least one passenger has to travel.
Can you transport bicycles?

How can I pay?
We are organized for different types of payment:
1. cash directly to the driver on the day of service;
2. via bank transfer;
3. with credit card or ATM directly to the driver;
4. online via our payment system.
When do I pay?
>A down payment is required at the time of booking. These payments are made either through the online payment system or by bank transfer. The rest of the fee is paid directly to the driver on the day of the meeting.
Do I get a receipt when I pay?
Due to1 the last tax change, the Shuttle issues invoices either to private individuals or companies, so when booking, you can tell us how best to meet your needs. Below the necessary data:
1. for invoices to private individuals it is necessary (first and last name, tax code);
2. for invoices to companies (name and company name, address, postal code, city and VAT number and SDI code - interchange system).
How do you process personal data?
Shuttle, in accordance with the mandatory laws, requires permission to process personal data for tax purposes only at the time of invoice issuance.
What happens if I do not authorize the processing of personal data?
Remembering that the processing of personal data is for tax purposes only we cannot issue invoices and therefore we cannot proceed with the booking of the service.
Does your company only have connections from Matera to Bari or Ferrandina and vice versa?
The shuttle makes any kind of transfer. In the exclusive service you can request a type of car according to your needs and availability.
When should I book the exclusive service?
All our services can be booked at any time. Being an exclusive service, and therefore more personalized, it is better to book in advance to ensure the availability of the perfect machine for your needs.
Can I change the type of service after booking?
Before the day of the service you can safely change into one of the other types of services. The rates will be automatically updated after confirmation from us.
I prefer an exclusive service but, without waiting, I’d like to save money. What do I do?
Even if you booked an exclusive service, in case of a comfortable sharing, we advise the passenger of the possibility of savings. But the passenger decides whether or not to accept the sharing.

When should I book the sharing service?
All our services can be booked at any time. As this is a shared service, it is advisable to book in advance to ensure the availability of the car and give us the opportunity to promote the possible sharing with other passengers.

How long do you expect according to the various shares?

What do you do if one of the participants has a flight delay or train or ship?
